This quarterly journal is issued every January, April, July, and October by the Fair Trade Commission.
We welcome both Chinese and English articles, translations, and research papers concerned with law, economics, industrial economics, marketing, management, and other areas related to the Fair Trade Law.
The manuscripts submitted to this journal will be reviewed on a double-blind basis. We will decide whether to publish the manuscripts after they have been reviewed by the reviewing referees. The papers submitted to this journal should meet the standards of first-class academic periodicals in the area of law or economics.
Please prepare your paper according to our requested format. (Please check our website http://www.ftc.gov.tw) Please also limit your paper to 30,000 words.
Please include the following information when you submit your manuscript:
Three copies of your manuscripts and your computer files. (Word 6.0 or above)
The author's Chinese and English name, contact address, telephone numbers, and email address.
Keywords.
The paper's Chinese and English titles.
The Chinese and English abstracts for the paper.（Please limit your abstract to 500 words）
The author authorizes this Commission to publish the paper in electronic or other format, and this Commission is not obliged to pay any fee.
When citing someone else's paper, aside from citing the origins, you should consult the original author for the copyright agreement. This journal is not responsible for the legal responsibilities related to the author's breach of copyright law.
The editor will not return rejected manuscripts.
If your manuscript is accepted, we will provide a substantial deference to the author and 20 copies of the issued paper.
