1. Scope of Correction:

1. Businesses are prohibited from displaying false or misleading presentation or symbols.
   
2. The Commission strongly urges businesses to comply with Article 14 of the set of regulations for the establishment and management of short term tutorial couses, "Advertising of businesses are limited to include information on the name of the program, the address of classes and fee schedule;" as well as Article 13 of the same regualtion, "the name of the program (class) should be written in full as it appeared on the approved official registeration." Businesses are to specify that it is a computer training program.
   

2. Period of Correction:
....The correction should be done no latter than January 15, 1995.

3. Cases of false advertising by registered businesses will be administered
.... by the Ministry of Education; and those cases involving unregistered
.... businesses will be administered by the Fair Trade Commission.
