The CPIRC is located on 2F, No.30, Peiping E. Road (at the intersection of Peiping E. Rd. and Shaohsing N. St.) Taipei, Taiwan(R.O.C.). It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the FTC and offers convenient transportation links.

The CPIRC covers an area of about 200 square yards of floor space including a service desk, a periodicals area, book stacks, a reading area, a computer search area, a meeting room, a computer equipment room, and an employees office. Other facilities include reading seats, computer equipment and Xeroxcopy Service etc.
