December, 2013 [Merger notifications or concerted action applications]

Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corp. and Taiwan Integrated Shareholder Service Company filed with the FTC a notification regarding their intention to merge. Acting according to Article 12 of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
