June, 2014 [Merger notifications or concerted action applications] 

1. Far Eastone Telecommunications Co., Ltd. and five other enterprises filed a merger notification regarding their intention to make a joint investment to set up Yuan Xin (transliteration) Electronic Ticket Co., Ltd. According to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
2. The FTC received a report from EASYCARD Investment Holdings Corporation regarding the change of merger type in the joint investment by the company and other enterprises to manage the bonus point operations of D. D. Powers Corporation.
3. US-based Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. and LCY Chemical Group filed a merger notification regarding their intention to merge. According to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
