1. Dafeng Cable TV filed a merger notification regarding its intention to acquire 100% of the shares of DigiTai TV Ltd. According to Article 12 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the merger with conditions attached.
2. Japan-based Itochu Corporation and FamilyMart Co., Ltd. filed a merger notification. According to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
