Chunghwa Telecom filed a merger notification regarding its intention to acquire more than one third of ClickForce Marketing Co., Ltd. through its subsidiary Chunghwa Yellow Pages (International) Co., Ltd. Acting according to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
