1. Cheng Long Corporation and Shan Fu Paper Co., Ltd. filed a merger notification with the FTC. Acting according to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC decided to approve the merger at the 1201^st Commissioners’ Meeting on Nov. 12, 2014. 
2. BASF Taiwan Ltd. and Taiwan Sheen Soon Co., Ltd. filed a merger notification with the FTC. Acting according to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC decided to approve the merger at the 1203^rd Commissioners’ Meeting on Nov. 26, 2014.
