1. US-based FedEx Corporation and Dutch-based TNT Express N.V. filed a merger notification regarding their intended extraterritorial merger. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
2. US-based Intel Corporation and US-based Altera Corporation filed a merger notification. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
