December, 2015 [ Merger notifications or concerted action applications] 

1. Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia IV, L.L.C. filed with the FTC a merger notification regarding its intention to merge with An Shun (transliteration) Development Co., Ltd., Bo Kang (transliteration) Development Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (including China Network Systems Co., Ltd., Global (translation) Digital Media Co., Ltd., Ji Long (transliteration) Cable TV and eight other cable TV services). Acting according to Article 13 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the merger with conditions attached.
2. The National Credit Card Center of ROC and its member institutions filed an application for approval to extend their concerted action for another five years. Acting according to Subparagraph 1 of the proviso in Article 15 (1) and Article 16 (1 and 2), the FTC approved the extension with conditions attached.
