December, 2015 [ Addition or amendment to administrative procedures and others]

1. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions (Policy Statements) on Distribution Businesses” were amended and the “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions (Guidelines) on Additional Fees Charged By Distribution Enterprises” were repealed.
2. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Real Estate Brokerage” were amended and the “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Real Estate Brokers Engaging Multiple Listing Services” were repealed.
3. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on the Distribution of Elementary and Junior High School Textbooks” were amended.
