January, 2016 [ Addition or amendment to administrative procedures and others]

1. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Selling Cases of Gas Safety Device” were amended.
2. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Investigations in Multi-level Marketing Cases” were amended.
3. The 2016 annual fee that participants are required to pay to the Multi-level Marketing Protection Foundation was set at NT$200.
