1. The amendment to the “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Handling Merger Filings” was approved and the draft “Designated Types of Merger to Which Paragraph 1 of Article 11 Is Inapplicable” was announced.
2. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Joint Gasoline Procurement Application by Domestic Individual Gas Stations” were amended.
3. Four interpretations regarding Articles 14 and 46 of the Fair Trade Act and the “Regulations Governing the Amount of Gifts and Prizes Offered by Businesses” were announced.
4. The “Fair Trade Commission Directions on the Procedure of Public Hearings” were amended.
