June, 2016 [ Merger notifications or concerted action applications]

1. Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. filed a merger notification regarding its intention to merge with Sharp Corporation of Japan. Acting according to Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
2. Japanese Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation filed a merger notification regarding its intention to merge with Shung Ye Trading Co., Ltd. Acting according to Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
