1. CRIF SpA filed a merger notification regarding its intention to acquire more than one third of the shares of China Credit Information Service Ltd. As competition restrictions were unlikely to occur as a result of the merger, the FTC cited Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act and did not prohibit the merger.
2. Dutch ASML Holding N.V. filed a merger notification regarding its intention to merge with Hermes Microvision Inc. Acting according to Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
