Formosa Oilseed Processing Co., Ltd. and 31 other enterprises filed an application for the approval of a five-year extension of their joint shipment of corn imports. Citing Subparagraph 5 of the provision in Article 15 (1) and Article 16 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the application with undertakings attached.
