  1. Zhongxin (transliteration) Enterprise Co. and Yiyiyi Enterprise Co. claimed that they were a "TECO household appliances service station" on their websites. The wording was a false and misleading representation with regard to quality and content of service affecting transaction decisions in violation of Paragraph 4 of Article 21 of the Fair Trade Act and Paragraph 1 of the same article was applicable mutatis mutandis. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on each company. 
  2. Northern District (translation) Household Appliance Enterprise Co. claimed on its website that it was a "TECO service station."   3. Longde (transliteration) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 25 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by not keeping all of its management documents in its main office. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company. 
  4. Livecom International Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its product items without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$200,000 on the company.
  5. Chini International Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its product items without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
  6. Fubon Multimedia Technology Co., Ltd. and Click-on Creativity (translation) Co., Ltd. claimed the product could "promote circulation and speed up discharge to strengthen the body," "stimulate blood and lymph circulation," "accelerate fat metabolism," "resist aging and whiten the skin" and "reduce fat formation at the same time" when promoting the aLovin 3-piece set of LUNABUTIY thin body-shaped pants (knee-length and two colors and two sizes available) on the momo shopping site. The wording was a false and misleading representation with regard to quality of product affecting transaction decisions in violation Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on each company. 
  7. Tengyun (transliteration) Life Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, 1) violated Article 7 (1), Subparagraph 2 of Article 10 (1), Article 13 (1) and Article 16 (2) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by not registering with the FTC in advance, giving a false and misleading representation with regard to its sales system when participants joined its sales schemes, not signing participation contracts with participants when they joined the organization, and not acquiring the written consent of legal representatives when recruiting people with limited capacity for civil conduct to be participants and attaching the consent to the contract, and also 2) violated Article 20 (2) and Article 21 (2) of the same act by failing to process participant withdrawal and returned products within the statutory period after contract cancellation or termination. In addition to ordering the company to immediately cease the 2) unlawful act, the FTC imposed on it an administrative fine of NT$1.15 million. 
  8. Xingyifa (transliteration) Construction Co., Ltd., Jiashilin (transliteration) Construction Co., Ltd. and Shuilifang (transliteration) International Development Co., Ltd. claimed that the "Yongdazhi (transliteration)" housing project would be a public facility called "W Elegance Relaxation Pavilion." It was a false and misleading representation with regard to content and use of product in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed administrative fines of NT$600,000, 400,000 and 200,000 on the three companies, respectively. 
  9. Hyten Global Taiwan, a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing it office location, sales system and product items without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$200,000 on the company.
