1. LINE Financial Taiwan and six other businesses filed a merger notification regarding their intention to create a joint venture called LINE Bank Co., Ltd., an online bank. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger. 
2. Chunghwa Telecommunications Co., Ltd. and eight other enterprises filed a merger notification regarding their intention to create a joint venture called NEXT Bank Co., Ltd., an online bank. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
3. Dutch company Garmin Nederland B.V., Hotai Motor Co., Ltd. and CARMAX Co., Ltd. filed a merger notification. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
