  1. Conveyor Transmission Sys Co., Ltd. used the company name of a competitor to produce inappropriate keyword advertisements on Google. The practice was obviously unfair conduct able to affect trading order. It was in violation of Article 25 of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.
  2. Maikeda Limited Liability Company, a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 21 (2) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act for failing to adopt the statutory method to calculate refunds to be given to participants withdrawing from its multi-marketing schemes by terminating the contract. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.
  3. VYVO International PTE. Ltd. Taiwan Branch (Singapore), a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its sales system without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
  4. Goang Yuen Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its sales system without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
  5. Tai Wei Xuan Buddhist Artifacts claimed the statue was made of genuine elephant bone when marketing the "Buddhist Calendar 2543 – Teacher Popularity Buddha statue" on shopee.tw. It was a false and misleading representation with regard to quality of product and could also affect transaction decisions in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
