Ltd. through Dada (transliteration) Digital Convergence Co., Ltd. to merge with Jieguang (transliteration) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, and Tailuosi (transliteration) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. Citing Article 13 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the merger with undertakings attached.
2. Taishin Financial Holding Co., Ltd. filed a notification regarding its intended merger with Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan Inc. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
3. Qisda Corporation filed a notification regarding its intention to merge with Alpha Networks Inc. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
