1. After merging with Wellcome Taiwan Co., Ltd., Presicarre Corp. changed the name of Wellcome Supermarket to Convenient Shopping Market and asked the original Wellcome Supermarket suppliers to contribute sponsorship money for the opening. The practice was obviously unfair conduct able to affect trading order in violation of Article 25 of the Fair Trade Act. In addition to ordering Presicarre Corp. to immediately cease the unlawful act, the FTC also imposed an administrative fine of NT$1.5 million on the company.
2. Qianhe (transliteration) Enterprise Co. adopted obviously unfair practices to market water purifiers. The conduct was in violation of Article 25 of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC ordered the company to immediately cease the unlawful act and also imposed on it an administrative fine of NT$100,000.
3. When marketing the Si De Da Shuang Xing (transliteration) housing project, Tingyou (transliteration) Co., Ltd. and Huang so and so, marked the veranda space on the ground floor store layout as part of the interior and the vacant lot by Store No. 7 as space for parking. The practice was a false and misleading representation with regard to content and use of product in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed administrative fines of NT$1 million and NT$100,000 on the two parties, respectively.
4. The participation contracts that Unicity International Taiwan, Inc., Taiwan Branch (USA), a multi-level marketing business, gave participants did not include multi-level marketing regulations while the cooling-off period for contract cancellation was inconsistent with related regulations and disadvantageous to participants and did not completely cover participants'  rights and obligations in association with contract cancellation and termination. The conduct was in violation of Subparagraphs 1 and 3 of Article 14 of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.
