TTET Union Corporation and four other enterprises applied for permission to extend their joint shipment of imported soybeans. Citing Subparagraph 5 of the proviso set forth in Article 15 (1) and Article 16 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the joint shipment to be extended until Mar. 12, 2027 with undertakings attached.
