Walsin Lihwa Corporation, Italian company Cogne Acciai Speciali S.p.A. and Swiss company Outokumpu Long Products AB filed a notification regarding their intended merger. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
