Functions

The Commissioners' Meeting is the highest policy-making organ of the FTC; it shall be charged with the disposition of matters regarding the following:

  1. Review of fair trade and multi-level marketing administration policies;
  2. Review of fair trade and multi-level marketing administration regulations;
  3. Evaluation and approval of enforcement plans for the Fair Trade Act and the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act;
  4. Evaluation and decision on announcement, approval and disposition with regard to cases involving the Fair Trade Act and the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act;
  5. Review of motions presented by commissioners;
  6. Other decisions defined by law to be made at commissioners' meetings.
