The operation behaviors of man-made fiber manufacturing industry in Chinese Taipei maybe involve collusion (conspiracy) behaviors. Comparing with other countries’ action plans relating collusion (conspiracy) behaviors, we discuss the principal items in stagnancy cartel and try to evaluate the influence.
