Fair Trade Quarterly

Aims:

1. To encourage academic developments in the area of fair trade law: Following the establishment of Taiwan's Fair Trade Law, people have become more interested in research on the Fair Trade Law. By issuing this journal, we hope to set up a basis for in-depth discussions on the issues concerned and thus inspire further exploration on this subject both academically and practically.
    
2. To arrive at a social consensus on fair trade policies: We hope that by issuing this journal we can provide our society with a better understanding as to the content of the Fair Trade Law and thus can gain their support to enforce our fair trade policies.
