The Symposium on the International Harmonization of Competition Laws was held on March 12-14, 1994 under the auspices of the FTC, with some 200 participants from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Italy, Sweden, Japan, and Australia. Five group discussions were devoted to monopolies and mergers, concerted actions, unfair competition, international harmonization, and law enforcement cooperation. This publication is a full record of the proceedings.
