(1) Using Resources at the CPIRC
Persons who use the resources and search the databases at the CPIRC must be at least 18 years old.
Hours
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The CPIRC is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Changes in hours will be announced.

The CPIRC has compiled a comprehensive collection of information on competition policy which is open to all quarters. There are about 20,000 volumes of books on law, economics, finance, social science, and political science, encyclopedias, dictionaries and others.
(3)Checking-out of these materials is open to:
- FTC personnel
- Leaders and research assistants participating in research projects undertaken by the FTC
- Professors teaching courses on the FTA at universities and schools
- Students enrolled in courses on the FTA, and other approved persons who are not FTC personnel
