9. Is it considered a concerted action in violation of the Fair Trade Act when a trade association establishes a set of uniform price standards in accordance with related regulations?

If the establishment of a set of uniform price standards by a trade association in accordance with related regulations is in violation of Article 14 of the Fair Trade Act, the Fair Trade Commission will assess whether the corresponding legal basis is in contradiction with the legislative purposes of the Fair Trade Act before deciding whether the legal basis of concern is applicable.
