1. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger between the Walt Disney Company and Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc.
2. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger of US company EQT VI Limited, Luxemburg company EQT Fund Management S.à.r.l., Singaporean company Sivantos Pte. Ltd, Danish company Widex Holding A/S and Danish company Widex A/S.
3. Uni-President Enterprises Corp. filed a merger notification regard its intention to merge with Wei Lih Food Industrial Co., Ltd. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC prohibit the merger.
