The Zhu family filed a merger notification regarding a merger with five public natural gas enterprises, including Xinzhang Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Xinnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Xinlin Natural Gas Co., Ltd. and Xinmiao Natural Gas Co., Ltd. as the family possessed over one third of the shares and also controlled the management and personnel appointment and dismissal of each of the five companies. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
