1. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger of SoftBank Corporation, Z Holdings Corporation, NAVER Corporation and LINE Corporation.
2. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger between London Stock Exchange Group plc and Refinitiv Parent Limited.
3. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger between Qisda Corporation and Alpha Networks Inc.
4. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger of PHISON Electronics Corp., Sony Corporation’s subsidiary Sony Storage Media Solutions Corporation, and Nextstorage Corporation.
5. Citing Subparagraph 5 of the proviso in Article 15 (1) as well as Article 16 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the application from Formosa Oilseed Processing Co., Ltd. and five other enterprises for extension of joint shipment of soybean imports. The joint operation was extended five years to Aug. 31, 2025.
