  1. Zeyu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its sales system without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
  2.  Young Loving Co., Ltd., Taiwan, a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by stopping selling set products without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
  3. In the Building A 2-9F layout and Building B 2-9F layout posted on its website to market the “Fu Hui Chang An (transliteration)” housing project, Fu Hui Construction Co., Ltd. used a dotted line to mark the machine room as part of the interior space. The practice was a false and misleading representation with regard to content and use of product and could also affect transaction decisions in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$500,000 on the company.
  4. Taiwan Riway Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its sales system and product items without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$1 million on the company.
