1. Far Eastone Telecom Co., Ltd. and Asia Pacific Telecom Co., Ltd. filed a notification regarding their intended merger to co-use the 3.5GHz frequency band and network. Citing Article 13 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the merger with undertakings attached.
2. French companies Veolia Environnement S.A. and Suez S.A. filed a notification regarding their intended merger. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
