Excelsior Medical Co., Ltd., Excelsior Medical (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., British Cayman Islands-based Asia Renal Care, Ltd., British Virgin Islands-based Cardinal Medical Services Ltd., Fresenius Medical Care Hong Kong Ltd. and Hong Kong-based Nephrocare Ltd. filed a notification regarding their intended merger. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
