eTreego Co., Ltd., Hotai Motor Co., Ltd., He Jun Energy Co., Ltd. and Shihlin Electric and Engineering Co., Ltd. filed a merger notification regarding their intention to establish a joint venture to provide electric car charging service. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
