- Each merger notification shall include the Merger Notification Form and one copy of each of the appendices indicated in the Merger Notification Form.
- In the case notification is made in written documents, Applicant shall print the Merger Notification Form and related forms on A4 sheets, using both sides, fill in required information, and bind the documents together, and Applicant shall also provide electronic files of Merger Notification Form and appendices.
- In the case Merger Notification Form and appendices are provided through Merger Notification and Concerted Action Application Online Filing System (at https://mergers.ftc.gov.tw), Applicant is waived from bound written documents. However, if FTC considers it is necessary, FTC may require Applicant to produce written documents.
- In the case Merger Notification Form and appendices are provided through Merger Notification and Concerted Action Application Online Filing System on a day other than working day, FTC receiving day of merger notification shall be the next working day after the electronic files arrive FTC’s system.
- If the data provided in submitted documents involve quantities and prices, the corresponding units shall be indicated. If any document contents and information are considered trade secrets, they shall be specified.
- If any information provided in the Merger Notification Form is in a foreign language, a Chinese translation of the outline of such information shall be required.
