1. China Development Financial Holding Corporation and Cosmos Bank filed a merger notification with the FTC in respect of their intention to merge. The merger was not prohibited pursuant to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act.
2. Forhouse Corporation and BriView Corporation filed a merger notification with the FTC in respect of their intention to merge. The merger was not prohibited pursuant to Article 12 (1) of the Fair Trade Act.
