Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., National Credit Card Center of ROC and Taiwan Payments Clearing System Development Foundation filed a merger notification with the FTC regarding their intention to jointly manage a payment service provider TSM platform. According to Article 12 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the merger with conditions attached.
