1. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions (Policy Statements) on Cable Television and Related Industry”, the “Regulations on Immunity and Reduction of Fines in Illegal Concerted Action Cases”, the “Regulations for the Calculation of Administrative Fines for Serious Violations of Articles 10 and 14 of the Fair Trade Act”, and the “Fair Trade Commission Regulations on the Confidentiality and Publication of Commissioners’ Meeting Information” were amended.
2. The “Fair Trade Commission Regulations on File Access” was abolished.
3. An announcement of the draft “Regulations on promotional premium and sweepstakes” was made, and the “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on the Definition of Relevant Markets” were established.
