1. The “Fair Trade Commission Disposal Directions on Banking Industry Advertising” were repealed.
2. On May 18, the Economics Committee of the 8th Legislative Yuan reviewed and passed the draft addition of Article 47-1 to the Fair Trade Act proposed by Legislator Ting Shou-chung and others at the 12th Meeting during the 7th Session.
