Formosa Oilseed Processing Co., Ltd., Taisun Enterprise Co., Ltd., Fwusow Industry Co., Ltd., Central Union Oil Corporation, Dachan Great Wall Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Fu Ding (transliteration) Resources Technology Co., Ltd. filed with the FTC an application for approval to extend the duration of joint shipment of imported soybeans. Acting according to Subparagraph 5 of the proviso of Article 15 (1) and Article 16 (2) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC approved the joint shipment to be extended until Aug. 31, 2020 with conditions attached.
