  1. Yeezen General Hospital and Ten-Chan Medical Group achieved a mutual understanding to jointly increase their emergency registration and outpatient registration fees starting on Jan. 1 and Sep. 1, 2022. The practice was able to affect the supply-demand function in the market in violation of Article 15 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed administrative fines of NT$900,000 and NT$700,000 on them, respectively.

  5. The approaches adopted by Yazhuang (transliteration) Co., Ltd. to market beauty products were deceptive and obviously unfair conduct able to affect trading order in violation of Article 25 of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$2 million on the company.
  6. The approaches adopted by Jinma (transliteration) Enterprise Co. to market beauty products were deceptive and obviously unfair conduct able to affect trading order in violation of Article 25 of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$1 million on the company.
  7. Taipei Oxygen and Gas Co. and Tai Da Gas Corp. jointly raised the prices of gaseous medical oxygen. The conduct was able to affect the supply-demand function in the gaseous medical oxygen market in Taichung City. It was in violation of Article 15 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed administrative fines of NT$900,000 and NT$200,000 on the two companies, respectively.
  8. When marketing the Heqian Fei Shidai (transliteration) presale home project, Heqian (transliteration) Construction Co., Ltd. and Heyi (transliteration) Marketing Co., Ltd. posted the wording "Land Reserved for Park" above the construction site in the advertisement. The practice was a false and misleading representation with regard to product and could also affect transaction decisions in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed administrative fines of NT$800,000 and NT$400,000 on the two companies, respectively.
  9. Kanglin Life Enterprise Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by failing to file with the FTC before changing its sales system. The FTC ordered the company to immediately cease the unlawful act and also imposed on it an administrative fine of NT$100,000.
  10. Gongfu Jiakang International Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 6 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by failing to file with the FTC before starting operation. In addition to ordering the company to immediately cease the unlawful act before filing before registering, the FTC also imposed on it an administrative fine of NT$200,000.
