  1. Health Chain International Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its sales system without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.
  2. Extend Global Technology Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 6 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by commencing operations without filing with the FTC in advance. Meanwhile, the Taiwan branch of Japanese Extend International Co., Ltd. and Extend Global Technology Co., Ltd. intentionally worked together to promote business and recruit people to join their unregistered multi-level marketing business. The conduct was also in violation of Article 6 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$600,000 on Extend Global Technology Co., Ltd. and NT$300,000 on the Taiwan branch of Japanese Extend International Co., Ltd. 
  3. Taiwan Orient Yuwei (transliteration) Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated A) Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its sales system without filing with the FTC in advance, and also B) Subparagraphs 1 and 3 of Article 14 of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act for failing to include statutorily required information in the contract signed with participants. The FTC ordered the company to immediately cease the B) unlawful act as well as sign with participants contracts that included statutorily required information and submit the proof to the FTC for reference within 30 days after receiving the disposition. In addition, the FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.
  4. Mr. Ji who engaged in multi-level marketing violated Article 6 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by commencing operations without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed on him an administrative fine of NT$100,000.
