Dutch company ASML Holding N.V. and German company BERLINER GLAS KGaA Herbert Kubatz GmbH & Co. filed a merger notification regarding their intended merger. Citing Article 13 (1) of the Fair Trade Act, the FTC did not prohibit the merger.
