When marketing a Japanese-style super large storage box with a pull-down door panel on ETMall.com, Eastern Home Shopping & Leisure Co., Ltd. posted an advertisement carrying the wording of "unsurpassed 100L capacity" and "super large capacity 100L." It was a false and misleading representation with regard to quality of product and could also affect transaction decisions in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.

The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.

All Nature International Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its product items and sales system without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.

When marketing the Dazhi Hui (transliteration) housing project, Chang Shin Construction and Development Co., Ltd. and Pushih Development Co., Ltd. posted on their Facebook fan page an advertisement using regular residential home terminology for the housing project which was located in a land use zone designated for commercial purposes. The practice was a false and misleading representation with regard to content and use of product and could also affect transaction decisions in violation of Article 21 (1) of the Fair Trade Act. The FTC imposed administrative fines of NT$800,000 and NT$400,000 on the two companies, respectively.

LSGO888, a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its office location without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.

Pokejin Startup Channel Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated 1) Article 6 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by starting operation without filing with the FTC in advance, 2) Article 7 (1) of the same act by changing its sales system and product items without filing with the FTC in advance, 3) Subparagraph 3 of Article 14 of the same act by including stipulations inconsistent with regulations regarding deductions associated with withdrawals and returned goods that were also disadvantageous to participants, and 4) Article 16 (2) of the same act by recruiting people with limited capacity for civil conduct without acquiring the consent of their legal representatives and attaching the consent to the participation contract. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$300,000 on the company.

Double Crane Enterprise Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Subparagraphs 1 to 4 of Article 14 of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by failing to include complete statutorily required information in contracts signed with participants. The FTC ordered the company to sign with participants joining the company after Jan. 1, 2019 new contracts containing statutorily required information within three months after receiving the disposition and present the handling results to the FTC for reference. In addition, the FTC also imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.

Allysian Sciences Taiwan, a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its product items without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$50,000 on the company.

10.

Zhongshunxing (transliteration) International Co., Ltd., a multi-level marketing business, violated Article 7 (1) of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act by changing its office location and product items without filing with the FTC in advance. The FTC imposed an administrative fine of NT$100,000 on the company.
