and maintaining the database to provide remote services for various sectors around the world.
(3) The Fair Trade Quarterly
To promote research and development in fields related to the Fair Trade Act, the Commission releases the Fair Trade Quarterly, four issues a year, which contains Chinese and English treatises associated with fair trade regulations. In 2023, 12 treatises were published. Starting from 2005, the quarterly has been listed among the jurisprudence journals in the Taiwan Social Sciences Core Index (TSSCI) of the Research Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences of the National Science and Technology Council. The Commission is the only administrative agency with such honor.
(4) Large seminars
â–²The Fair Trade Quarterly
On Dec. 12, 2023, the Commission hosted the 30th Competition Policy and Fair Trade Act Seminar in the Conference Hall of the Tsai Lecture Hall of the College of Law, National Taiwan University. More than 200 distinguished guests from government agencies, universities and research institutes, the legal profession and the industrial sector attended. Eight papers
