(5) The Commission attended the Economic Committee First Meet- ing (EC1) and the meeting of the Competition Policy and Law Group of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co- operation (APEC) and exchanged law enforcement opinions with representatives of different coun- tries to understand the latest in- ternational developments in law enforcement.

(6)The Commission promoted bilateral
exchange on competition law. In August, Chairperson Lee May led a delegation to meet with the competition authorities of the US and Canada to exchange opinions and experiences regarding the latest developments in competition law and policy, competition law enforcement in the digital economy, important competition restraint cases and international collaboration to lay the foundation for cooperation in the fu- ture.
