and Communication of the Benefit of Competition Intervention and Communication and Theories of Harm for Digital Mergers at the June Routine Meeting and the written reports on Competition and Innovation: the Role of Innovation in Enforcement Cases, Alternatives to Leniency Programmes and Use of Economic Evidence in Cartel Cases at the December Meeting to contribute the law enforcement experience and opinions of the Commission.
