Commissioner Yen Yalun and Director Hu Tzushun of the Com- mission were invited to serve as panelists during the Keynote/Interview 6 and the breakout session: Non-Horizontal Merger to share competition law enforcement expe- riences in the country.
(4)The Commission attended the An- nual Enforcers Summit co-organized by the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Spring Meeting held by the Ameri- can Bar Association. Vice Chairper- son Chen Chihmin was invited to be a panelist. He was also interviewed for the Our Curious Amalgam pod- cast of the Antitrust Law Section and talked on the Fireside Chat. The event enhanced the bilateral exchange on competition law and cooperation between Taiwan and the US.
